On the first day when the group arrived we could not reach the group and the restaurant arrangements made at the last minute were amazing and the guests were happy when we arrived. The LDC Captain was amazing and very helpful. It was a pleasure working with him, he personally got involved in some arrangements. The vehicle was neat & clean, water & beers were kept as requested. Your regular follow up on a daily basis and checking on whereabouts supported me a lot as a group leader.
